  Objective:there was great concern that the incident of cryptorchidism and other disorders of male reproductive system was rapidly increasing in the past 50 years. It suggests these result from the exposure of pregnant mother to endocrine disruptors(EDs).

  目的:流行病学发现,近半个世纪以来,人类隐睾等雄性生殖系统畸形的发生率日趋增加,且与胎儿期母体内分泌干扰物（endocrine disruptors,EDs）暴露有关。

  In previous study, Janghong have succeeded cloning 24 ESTs of mouse testis spermatogenic cell apoptosis-related gene by creating mouse cryptorchidism model and making use of suppression subtractive hybridization, and registered in Genbank.

  在前期的研究工作中，本室姜宏等通过建立小鼠隐睾模型，运用抑制消减杂交法(Suppression subtractive hybridization，SSH)克隆出24个小鼠睾丸生精细胞凋亡相关基因的EST，并在GenBank中登录。
