  A convenient method of synthesis of melatonin using1,3-dibromopropare as main starting material was studied. It consisted of five steps including diazotization, Fischer cyclization, ring opening, decarboxylation, and acetylation with 27.8% total yield.

  There are three parts in this thesis. Two new and simple strategies were established for fabricating of deoxyribonucleic acid(DNA) electrochemical biosensor based on covalent immobilization of probe NH2–ssDNA by sol–gel coupling (the first chapter) and diazotization-coupling (the second chapter).

  本论文分三部分,第一、第二部分利用溶胶-凝胶自组装法和偶氮化法共价固定NH2–ssDNA,研制了两种新型的DNA传感器;第三部分是在第二部分的基础上,在电极表面共价固定硫堇分子,制备了一种无酶无试剂型过氧化氢传感器。
