The failure of the passenger to produce the passenger ticket, or the irregularity or loss of the passenger ticket does not affect the existence or validity of the contract of transport.

The contracting carrier shall be responsible for the whole of the transport contemplated in the contract.
缔约承运人应当对合同约定的全部运输负责。

b. If the goods are sent to the wrong destination or receiving person, it shall transport them free of charge to the destination or receiving person stipulated in the contract.
