In case the Party a or other approval units would not approve the design documents or the construction of this Contract is suspended, the Party a should also pay the payable design charges.
甲方或其他审批单位对设计文件不审批或本合同项目暂停缓建，甲方均应支付应付的设计费。

Buyer shall have the right to deduct such cost directly from any amount payable by Buyer to Vendor under this Contract.
购买方有权从其在本合同项下应支付给供应方的款项中直接扣除该等费用。

The Carrier shall have a lien on the Goods and any documents relating thereto for all sums payable to the Carrier under this contract and for general average contributions to whomsoever due.
