体育 冬季两项 The particularity of biathlon sports has decided that the psychological quality has play an important role to the athlete in training and competition,in addition to improve the technical and tactical level,the psychological is extremely important,this paper study the significance and effect of the psychological training in the biathlon sports by using of literature,experiment etc. methods and start from the features of this sport,to study the effect of the mental training such as progressive relaxation training,biofeedback training,presentation training etc. to the AEMG and shooting score and present the mental training method for athletes,in order to lay a good foundation for improving the shooting score and biathlon athletes performance,as well as enhance the psychological of biathlon athletes. 冬季两项运动的特殊性决定了心理素质对运动员的训练和比赛具有重要的作用,运动员除了应提高技战术水平、身体素质以外,心理素质的加强也是极其重要的,运用文献资料法、实验法等从冬季两项运动的项目特点入手,研究心理训练在冬季两项中射击中的意义及作用,研究渐进性放松训练、生物反馈训练、表象训练等心理训练对运动员肌电值以及射击成绩的影响并提出常用的心理训练方法,以便为冬季两项运动员提高射击运动成绩,增强心理素质打下良好的基础。 现代冬季两项
