Each user should have access to a security level based upon the level of data sensitivity he or she can see.

The administrator can specify that Data Sensitivity attribute applies only to terms, and chooses the enumerated valid value type entering the Numbers 1 through 5 as valid values.

For example, an administrator creates a custom attribute named data sensitivity with the following description: "a number from 1 to 5, which indicates the sensitivity of the data."
