Diamond dressing roller is a new kind of diamond tool for profile dressing of grinding wheel during form grinding.

The method of dressing ceramic-bonded corundum grinding wheel by using diamond dressing wheel, then using dressed profile grinding wheel grinds roller surfaces of arc shape is introduced.

Cathode tool shape, used for electrolytic dressing of metal-bonded diamond profile wheels, was designed based on electrolytic machining theory.
