The reasons for error cut-in grinding of cage spherical outside surface of ball basket constant velocity joint is analyzed, and the solution for the problem is put forward.

Presented is an analysis of the motion transmitting characteristics of constant velocity joint (CVJ) and Cardan joint when the axes of the joints move arbitrarily in the constraint permitted space.

The circumferential clearance error of the tripod constant velocity joint is one of the main factors which cause these bad influences.
