Our results indicate that the energy valley of conduction band of Ge is not lying in the center of Brillouin zone and the constant energy surface possesses non-spherical symmetry.

A simple method for calculating the interaction force and interaction energy per unit area between two parallel flat plates particles in the case of constant surface potential was presented.
