Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of intercondylar fracture of humerus with open reduction and internal fixation with tension band or doubleplate.

Methods 39 cases of the distal humerus fracture type-C underwent open reduction and internal fixation with doubleplate.
方法本组共应用双钢板内固定治疗C型肱骨远端骨折39例，并随访分析疗效。
