In many environments, Lotus Domino has become the focus for distribution, document management, and storage in addition to the role of traditional messaging.

This paper presents the storage device sector location and FAT document structure. Then it introduces how to design the FAT file management system in embedded system.

In order to deal with this problem, the concept of library was introduced as the basic logic unit for storage and management of document data corresponding to the phases.
