A glazed ramp spirals around a courtyard at the centre of this house in the Portuguese town of Estoril, connecting the various living Spaces and a garden roof terrace.

The ground plane at the entry sequence is then lifted up in a similar manner to create a gently sloping ramp, connecting the furthest boundary to the center.

Covering an area of approximately 500 square metres, it does a loop around a wildflower meadow and crosses an existing path, before connecting with a gentle ramp.
