Using 9 cadaver femora instrumented, the fracture of femoral neck was fixed with 3 hollow doubleheads compression screw, 3 solid screw and Trifin respectively.
Objective: This article introduces about the three doubleheads empty compression screw (DECS) and its clinical application for treatment of fracture of femoral neck.
