Objective: To search the localization of obstruction in lacrimal passage with congenital obstruction of nasolacrimal duct and prevent the complication of long-term obstruction and permanent stenosis.

Objective: to explore clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment to superior vena cava obstruction (SVCO) after cardiac operations for congenital heart disease in infants.

Conclusion the integrating therapy is a safe and effective therapeutic technique for the treatment of infants with congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction.
