Any remittance made by foreign investors from the proceeds of the sale or transfer of shares of assets upon liquidation or winding up of enterprises are exempted from the payment of any tax.

Foreign investors may transfer their purchased shares 12 months after full payment of the entire transfer price.

Whoever intends to transfer the state-owned shares or corporate shares of a listed company to a foreign investor shall adopt the method of open competition by different prices in principle.
