This paper compares the organization methods between the file-system of computer and shelving-arrangement in library, giving a new method of shelving based on data fitting and link way.

In the paper, the redundancy is used to decrease residual vibration of flexible link robot through optimal self motion, and the method is proved to be efficient by computer simulation.
