In case any shortage or damage is found at the discharge port the Buyer shall lodge claims against the carrier or insurance company on Behalf of the Seller and inform the Seller within 3 days.
如在卸货港口发现有短重或损坏，买方应代表卖方对承运人或保险公司提出索赔，并在3天内通知卖方。

Claims settlement, if any, shall be a complete dischargeof Carrier's liabilities to the Shipper.
