Based on analyzing HM coupling processes, the conceptual HM coupled models are proposed according to basic structure of rock mass and concept of representative element volume (REV).
The numerical simulation results show that the modulation bandwidths is obviously different by varying the active volume at an high spontaneous emission coupling ratio.
