Objective To investigate HR24L repair complex after DNA damage induced by radiation and provide biochemical evidence of the participation of HR24L in DNAexcision repair and recombination repair.
Plant could repair DNA damage induced by UV-B through many methods, mainly included light-repair, base excision repair, nucleotide excision repair and recombination repair etc.
We focused on several key pathways, including nucleotide excision repair, drug transport and metabolism. Both expression and germline DNA variation were evaluated in these key pathways.
