Galvanometer: Instrument for measuring small electric currents by deflection of a moving coil.

The theory and the formula of the deflection deformation survey with total station instrument were introduced, and the survey accuracy was analyzed.

The whole system realizes the automated measurement in the instrument control, data acquisition and data display, and data processing function of photothermal deflection technology is also integrated.
