The influences of reducing the distance between the target and magnet exit and the effect of changing injection Angle of the magnet have been discussed to obtain the more compact deflecting magnet.

The relation between target signal current and deflecting rate of the secondary electron conduction target vidicon(SECTV)which has accumulating effect is presented.
