A fast realization method of the cyclic correlation based symbol rate blind estimation is proposed.

In this paper, a VLSI architecture for channel estimation and cyclic restoration in TDS-OFDM is proposed. The realization of cyclic correlation introduced is high-speed and low-cost.

DFT method can be fast implemented on DSP platform by the use of FFT algorithm, while the method of cyclic correlation has better noise immunity performance and high estimation accuracy.
