After the completion of 10-m HTS power cable in 2003, the building, commissioningand electrical test of 75-m HTS power cable have been finished in the end of 2004.
Detailed procedures for the Commissioningand Performance Test shall be submitted by the Seller before the completion of Test Runs and be agreed upon by both Parties.

Upon completion of the work, the permit is to be accepted by the Permit Coordinator andCommissioning Managers. This will then again be coordinated and informed during the PSCC meeting.
