In part III to VI, ephedrine, tyrosine methyl ester, metoprolol, ibuprofen enantiomeric separation with chiral additive as mobilephase by high performance liquid chromatography are presented.
The effects of composition of mobilephase, the structure of solute and the column temperature on chiral separation were extensively studied. The chiral recognition mechanism was discussed.
