Objective:In order to research on the localization and quantization of abscisic acid(ABA)in plant cells, synthesis of antigen and preparation of multi-clonalantibody against ABA were studied.
Methods:A double mono-clonalantibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect the circulating antigens, antibodies and immune complex in 109 sera of neurocysticercosis.
