In this third part of our 3-part series, we review the prenatal sonographic findings of some cardiac anomalies at the level of the 3-vessel-trachea view.

Some of them presented developmental delay, short stature, cardiac anomalies and hypotonia, but no skeletal and dermatoglyphic anomalies nor facial features characteristic of KS were observed.

Objective:To evaluate the clinical significance and effect of the anomalies seen at the four-chamber view antenatally in diagnosis of fetal congenital cardiac malformation.
