The cationic modification, alkali modification, the combination of them and their effects on dye-uptake, colorstrength and color indices of ramie are discussed in this paper.
The brightness and colorstrength and transparency of the pigment were improved by adding dispersant MF, NNO, polyacrylic acid and Red Oil, and a slightly change in hue was observed;

The fractal characteristic and color mode of images were analyzed in the paper, accordingly colorstrength is suggested to be used to calculate fractal dimension of images for different color mode.
