  The o-tolidine and dicyclohexylcarbodiimide methods were applied to synthesize tetracyclines artificial antigen and coat antigen. Tetracycline, oxytetracyline, chlortetracycline and doxycycline were conjugated with carrier protein bovine serum albumin (BSA) and ovalbumnin (OVA) to synthesize artificial antigen and coat antigen respectively.
