A process for fabricating CuCrZr alloy spot-welding electrode by three cold extrusions is developed, with effect of cold deformation on alloy properties explored.

The results show that using HTG-1 electrode may effectively decrease welding cold crack sensitivity of the steel, and the sensitivity to cold crack decreases as preheating temperature increases.
结果表明：采用HTG - 1焊条可以有效地降低该钢焊接冷裂纹敏感性；预热温度增加，抗冷裂效果更好。

If there aren't cast-iron electrode, the cast-iron electrode can be made by ordinary low carbon steel electrode, and repair the damaged stock with arc cold welding.
