As their applications we have studied the effect of air index gradient on laser alignment and the additional diffraction loss of laser caused by inhomogeneous pump.

Different tests were worked out to compare these parameters. The result of the study will indicate a relation between the Air Index of a weft yarn and the Settings of the weaving machine.

Currently, pollutants are measured at different stations in a city and that data is aggregated to a single number (the air quality index) and published once a day on a website.
