A company listed abroad prior to the issuance of this Notice shall complete the centralizedregister and custody of its non-overseas listed shares prior to June 30, 2007.

The CSDCL shall, according to its operation rules, process the matters concerning the centralizedregister and deposit of non-overseas listed shares of overseas listed companies.
中登公司根据其业务规则，办理境外上市公司非境外上市股份的集中登记存管事宜。

This Notice shall apply to the centralizedregister and custody of non-overseas listed shares of overseas listed companies which have not publicly issued RMB common stocks inside China.
