Objective: to provide anatomic basis for the dissection of iliac flap pedicled with two nutritive branches of ascendingbranch of lateral circumflex femoral artery.
目的：为切取旋股外侧动脉升支含双营养支的髂骨瓣提供解剖学依据。

Results: bone flap pedicled with the ascendingbranch and transverse branch of the lateral femoral circumflex vessel was designed to transplant to the middle and inferior femoral bone.
