Objective: To investigate the feasibility of culturing the SD rats cementoblasts-like in vitro. 目的：探讨体外培养源于SD大鼠磨牙牙骨质的类成牙骨质细胞的可行性。 - 2
Conclusion:Proper concentrations of IGF-1 may promote dental follicle cell proliferation, protein synthesis and differentiation towards osteoblasts(cementoblasts). 结论：合适浓度的IGF-1能促进牙囊细胞的增殖，增加蛋白含量及向成骨细胞（成牙骨质细胞）方向分化的能力。 - 3
The results indicated that dental follicle cells not only exhibit fibroblastic characteristics, but also have some characteristics of osteoblasts or cementoblasts. 骨桥蛋白和骨钙素的表达也呈阳性，与活体组织原位杂交的实验结果相符合，表明牙囊细胞具有合成矿化组织的能力。
