Conclusions: Soleus musculocutaneous flap transposition pedicled with retrograde peronealartery is an easy and effective method to treat complex soft tissues defect on middle inferior leg injury.
Results: (1) the position and external diameter of peronealartery, its accompanying vein and the distribution of fibular nutrient artery were observed.
