The DISTRIBUTOR shall immediately cease the sale of the Products to those customers who breach this clause.
若发现顾客违反此条款，经销商应立即停止向此类顾客销售产品。

The contract shall be considered fulfilled and shall cease to be valid up to six (6) months after the date of issuance of ECW (Expiration Certificate of Warranty) except of Arbitration clause.
