Wash the wafers with mixed acid, lotion and UPW (ultra pure water) by ultrasonic cleaning in wet sinks to get a clean and dry surface of wafers.

You can try the moisturizing lotion and cleaning gel first.

Use neutral lotion or special cleaning agent if there are serious stains. First clear the stains, then wipe it dry.
