The electric arcfurnace (EAF) dust pellets were reduced in isothermal condition in order to make the reduction similar to the EAF production, and the kinetics of the reduction process is researched.

Through orthogonal test, we work out the solution by selecting rational electric regulation and adjusting burden in submerged arcfurnace, thus, the production can be operated smoothly.
