Objective: to summarize the operation skill of augmentation mammaplasty with fat granule injection auto-transplantation.

Results Except for 2 cases who were treated with auto-transplantation of fat granule needing supplementary injection, the others had reached satisfactory clinical results with no complications.
结果：除2例行自体脂肪颗粒移植术者需补充注射外，其余病例临床效果良好，无并发症发生。
