When a Notice of Arbitration is submitted to one of the Chambers listed in Appendix A, an arbitral tribunal shall be constituted in accordance with these Rules.

The Chambers shall provide without delay a copy of the Answer to the Notice of Arbitration and of any exhibits included therewith to the Claimant.

Arbitral proceedings shall be deemed to commence on the date on which the Notice of Arbitration is received by the Chambers.
