Therefore, in order to ensure to fairly deal with cases of arbitration, national arbitration legislation and civil legislation, all have the system of judicial supervision of arbitral awards.

The fifth part deals with the assistance and supervision of the Arbitration Court, evaluating the advantages and shortcomings of our legislation in this aspect and bringing up my proposals.

To counter these problems, the experience of ICSID arbitration should be taken as reference and a concrete suggestion concerning perfecting relevant legislation and practice in China has been made.
