Degumming of coix lachryma-jobi seeds miscella(CLSM)was studied by using ceramic ultrafiltration (UF) membrane.

The results showed ethanol extracts of honeysuckle could decrease the vitality of E faecalis in the biofilm significantly by using CLSM.

Using CLSM combined FITC-phalloidin and PI double label technique to image thin optical sections is a good way to study spatial structure of amnion. ;
