Article 26 Matters stated in the applicationfortrademark registration and all information provided shall be truthful, accurate and complete.

Article 32 Where an applicationfortrademark registration is rejected and the trademark is not announced, the trademark Office shall notify the applicant of the matter in writing.
第三十二条对驳回申请、不予公告的商标，商标局应当书面通知商标注册申请人。

Article 41. Any applicationfor a trademark registration and for other matters concerning a trademark shall be subject to payment of the fee as prescribed.
