Put the coffee in the filter and let the water run through.

If you want to reuse liquid deep fryer grease and do not have cheesecloth, strain it through a disposable coffee filter.

Before treating, let any suspended particles settle to the bottom, or strain them through layers of paper towel, clean cloth, or coffee filter.
