Methods:12 cases with BCS were studied by MRI and sonography. The findings of hepatic veins(HV), inferior vena cava(IVC)and collateralvessel on the MRI and sonography were compared.
Auxiliary examination: All the patients were treated with transcutaneous oxygen tension before and after the transplantation. The collateral branch vessel was evaluated.

Conclusion: Distal humerus can be grafted with vessel radial collateral or vessel inferior ul nar collateral for restoration of the great defects of the humerus.
