Statistical correlations of the smoothness and consistency in images were used to develop error concealment techniques for I-frame, P-frame, and B-frame MPEG-2.

The proposed method can detect scene boundaries through using various macroblock type of B-frame and P-frame in MPEG video flow in order to realize accurate scene change positioning.

We took MVC design mode and B/S mode into application of system logic frame, and so the problems of complicated logic that is aroused by kinds of mode, various data and complex alternation.
