An unified approach based on the group theory was presented to deal with the EM scattering from symmetric and anti-symmetric structures.

This paper gives the concept and some properties of partition symmetric anti-circulate matrix, and the sufficient and necessary condition is discussed.

However in studying the transpose of matrix much focus has been given on the definition of symmetric matrix and anti-symmetric matrix while their properties have not been fully explored.
