  The dual-flow sieve tray was replaced with trapezoidal-rectangular three-dimensional spraying continuous mass-transfer tray(LLC-Tray) in a chloroprene(CP) vacuum distillation column,the computer simulation of distillation process was conducted,the mathematical model of phase equilibrium was established and the hydromechanics parameters were calculated. The industrial operation showed that the purity of CP improved dramatically when the vacuum distillation column with LLC-Tray based on the calculated parameters.

  将生产氯丁二烯(CP)的减压精馏塔的穿流筛板改为梯矩形立体连续传质塔板,并用计算机对精馏过程进行了模拟,建立了相平衡数学模型,求取了流体力学参数。
