Plaintiff requests the court award Plaintiff reasonable attorneys fees and court costs incurred and to be incurred in prosecuting a contested divorce action.

Guarantor shall be liable for the full amount Buyer is required to repay plus costs, interest, attorneys fees and any and all expenses which Buyer paid or incurred in connection therewith.

Many of the objections concerned the fees for the team of class-action attorneys which would amount to about $123 million.
