The influences of length, dispersion index and attenuationindex of transmission fiber and incident optical power on ber (bit error rate) and Q value of the system is analyzed.
The result indicates that the enzyme reaction velocity tends towards steady state with the form of indexattenuation or small damped vibration when reaction time is longer.
