Objective:To Provide morphological data of olfactory nerves, bulb and tract of Chinese to protect olfactory function in the operation of nasal cavity roof and anterior cranial fossae.
Contrast clearly demonstrates the extent of the lesion within the nasal cavity and invasion of the ethmoidal sinus and anterior cranial fossa (red arrow in Figure 4).

Results 7 of 20 cases received unilateral nasal cavity packing. 11 cases received bilateral nasal cavity packing and 2 cases received unilateral anterior-posterior nasal cavity packing.
